3850kg Automatic 2013 Knaus Sun Ti 700 LX Island bed 3 berth motorhome covering just 23000 miles from new based on the Fiat Ducato 2.3 HDI diesel chassis. This motorhome has an enormous spec with the following extras Cat 1 alarm, snooper sat nav with reversing camera, front and parking sensors, bike rack, outdoor shower point, 130W solar panel, oyster satellite system, Gaslow system and TV. The layout of this motorhome is Island bed which is great those lazy rainy days as well as easy for midnight trips to the toilet without climbing over each other. Having this rear layout gives you a large garage for storage of all your kit. There are over head cupboards in the bedroom for storage of your books as well a wardrobe each side of the bed. To the front of the bed area on the offside is the toilet room with electric flushing toilet which has a swivel base so you have knee space, corner hand basin, vanity mirror, plenty of storage for the toiletries and hand towels as well a power point for shaving. Opposite is the shower which is completely separate so the motorhome toilet can still be used, the shower is of a good size and has a shower screen that pulls round. To the front of the washroom room is the kitchen this is of a good size and has a 3 burner gas hob that is to the rear of the work top so you have space in front for plating up, sink, oven with built in grill, large 3 way fridge with separate freezer compartment a great size for a good sized shop. There is also plenty of space for the groceries. I particularly like the shelf by the sink for extra work surface too. To the front of the motorhome is the lounge this makes up into a single bed and is a very social affair having friends over for dinner as once the front seats are swiveled around its a great space for entertaining.
