Semi- Automatic 2014 Burstner IT700 4 berth motorhome based on the Fiat Ducato 2.3 turbo diesel chassis covering 30416 miles from new. There is proof of cambelt replacement, full service and habitation check being carried out in 2022 so a nice peace of mind that previous owner has been keeping everything up together. The layout of this motorhome is rear fixed french bed. which has a good amount of storage underneath and wrap around storage over the bed for your books, DVD's etc. Next to the bed on the near side is the washroom this has shower screens so you do not get the toilet wet when the shower is in use as well a skylight for good ventilation, corner hand basin, vanity mirror, electric flushing toilet and storage for the toiletries. Centrally is the Kitchen which has a 3 burner gas hob, oven with built in grill, 3 way fridge with freezer compartment, bowl sink with drop in cover for when you need more worktop surface like plating up. There is plenty of storage for the groceries too. To the front of the motorhome is the Lounge this is made up of a large "L" shaped settee which houses 2 extra travelling seat belts meaning all berth has 3 point seat belt for travelling the table is fixed but does glide around on rail left, right, back and forth. There is also a side settee to the offside which is a great size. You can comfortable have friends over for social evenings once the front cab seats are swiveled around the lounge is a great size for entertaining. there is also storage under some of the seats and over head. The lounge also keeps on impressing with drop down double bed which is of a good size and has nets either side so no one can fall out during the night. This is accessed by a ladder.
